The service is available to every Internet user.This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in HGGroup. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website. Access to some parts of the Website requires providing personal data.

2. The Policy does not regulate the processing of personal data and information concerning Users on external websites, to which links are included in the Website. HGGroup urges that after switching to other websites, read the privacy policy set out there.

3. The Operator of the Website is the Administrator of personal data in regard to the data provided voluntarily on the Website.

4. The User’s Personal Data are processed for purposes such as:

Operation, Improvement and maintainance of the Website
Preparation of the offer to customer’s inquiries sent via contact form
Development of new products, services, features, and functionality
communication with customers, either directly or by sending the emails, including for customer service including sending the offers, invoices as well as other information relating to the webste, and for marketing and promotional purposes
Find and prevent fraud
and other activities related to the potential for disputes to arise.

5. The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

By the personal data voluntarily entered in the contact forms that are subsequently submitted to the Operator’s systems.

2. Selected methods of the personal data protection used by the Operator of the website

1. The Personal Data Controller uses technical and organizational measures to protect the Personal Data in accordance with the degree of the threat and categories of data, in particular, protects data against unauthorized access, downloading it by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable laws and changes, loss, damage or destruction.

2. The Personal Data Controller provides the following technical measures to prevent the unauthorized access and modification of Personal Data sent electronically by

a) securing the database against unauthorized access,

b) SSL certificate on the Website pages where users’ data are provided,

3. By these means the personal data that are uploaded on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can be read only on the target server. User’s passwords are stored in a hash form. The hash function works one way – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is now a modern standard in the field of storing user’s passwords.

4. The Operator of the website periodically changes its administrative passwords.

5. As an important element of the personal data protection is the regular update of all software used by the Operator of the website to processing the personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

1. Administrator is allowed to transfer User’s Personal data to other recipients, in the case when it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with the User or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. Recipients of Personal Data that is processed by the Personal Data Controller may be entities such as:

companies or institutions entitled to its processing under applicable law,
companies providing support and operation of teleinformation tools and systems (e.g. data storage, hosting company),
carrying out shipments,
companies which are providing ongoing legal services,
authorized employees and associates who use data to achieve the purpose of the site
supporting the Personal Data Controller in the case of marketing activities – also in marketing campaigns.

2. Personal Data processed by HG Group are stored for a period of time considered as necessary to achieve the purpose of their collection during duration of the contract (including requirements of applicable legislation e.g. the Civil Code or for the purpose of the Accounting Act; the period may be longer if storage is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of claims related to the provision of services in which data are processed. In term of marketing purposes, the Personal Data will not be stored longer than 3 years

request to remove of provided Personal Data,
requests to limit processing of provided Personal Data,
object to the processing of provided Personal Data,
Transfer their Personal Data to another Personal Data Controller (unless the basis of processing is a legitimate interest of the Personal Data Controller), subject to the applicable legislation including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Every person has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Stawki 2 street , 00-193 Warszawa) to object to the processing of their personal data and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

5. In particular, every person has the right to object to the processing of their personal data on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller and the right to object to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of marketing communication including profiling activities.
However , the right to object may not be executed in the case that there are valid legitimate basics for processing, interests overriding to User, rights, interests and freedoms, particullary in order to determination, exercise or defense of claims.

6. Provision on the personal data on the Website is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Website.

7. Profiling activities such as taking decisions automatically might be undertaken in relation to the User in order to perform a contract concluded between User and HG Group company and to perform marketing activities by the Operator of the Website.

8. Personal data are not transferred to countries outside the European Union.

5. Information collected in form

1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including Personal Data, if they are provided.

2. The website may save information about connection parameters (time, IP address)

3. In some cases, the website may save information that facciliate a corelation between the data submitted in the form and the email address of the user completing the form. In such case, the user’s email address is included inside the url of the page containing the form.

4. Data submitted into the contact form are processed for the purpose resulting from functionality of defined form for example in order to process the service request and / or business contact, registration of the services. At every time the context and description of the form clearly indicates the purpose of provision of the pesonal data into the form.

6. Log Files

1. HG Group follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics.

7. Additional information

1. The online service collects anonymous data of view statistics based on Google Analytics. The tool uses cookies and does not provide any data which could be used to identify users. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. In terms of information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the User can view and edit information derived from cookies by using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences

2. The online service processes data provided during electronic communication like: IP addresses of computers and other devices in ICT networks, including in connection with the viewing of websites in the HG Group domain. Such data are processed in order to ensure the appropriate functionality and ICT security of HG Group’s ICT systems.

3. The website features links redirecting users to social networks. HG Group is not liabile for any use of personal data and other information entered by users in social networks.

4. The online service may feature links to third-party websites. HG Group is not liable for privacy policies pursued by owners of websites linked at the VACO online service.

8. Information about cookies

1. The operator of the Website uses ‚cookies’.

2. Cookies are small text files saved on the Service User’s end device and dedicated to the use of the Service website. Cookies typically contain the name of the website, the period of storage on the end device, and a unique identifier.
